Thermal testing chamber for industrial lubrication systems

Performing environmental tests at extreme temperatures allows for the validation of lubrication systems under the most demanding conditions. This is crucial because a lubricant must function in extreme cold and intense heat, guaranteeing safe start-ups, reduced wear, and maximum component protection, whether in polar climates, deserts, or harsh industrial environments. With these accelerated tests, we replicate real-world conditions so your equipment doesn’t stop when you need it most.

The CETM-30/8249mT thermal test chamber has been developed to perform tests from -30°C to +80°C on complete lubrication systems weighing up to 400 kg and with a maximum dissipation of 1.2 kW, compensated by the thermal test chamber. The chamber features a door with a large observation window that provides natural light to the test chamber. The system is completed with an alarm beacon and a safety lock to prevent the door from being opened during testing. A ramp allows for sample access using a manual pallet jack. In addition, three ports of different sizes were installed for inserting probes and sensors. All of this is controlled by our 7” control system integrated into our totem with a status light.
