The durability of concrete begins with precise environmental control, achieved through climate testing for storing concrete specimens at 40°C and 50% relative humidity, with an accuracy of ±1°C and ±5% RH. These controlled conditions allow for accurate evaluation of the material’s behavior, strength, and evolution, ensuring reliable and repeatable results for construction and civil engineering projects.
The DYCOMETAL climatic chamber, designed according to the client’s specifications, enables these tests to be performed with maximum stability and uniformity. Its 16,590-liter volume allows for the storage of numerous samples, and the reinforced floor supports static loads exceeding 8,000 kg/m², providing the client with a robust surface for a large number of samples. The entire system is managed by our touchscreen-based control system with our status totem, as well as various additional safety systems.
