In the cosmetics industry, quality is not just a matter of texture or fragrance; it’s a matter of stability and safety. Before a product reaches the shelf, it must demonstrate its ability to withstand everything from an intense summer to transoceanic transport. To achieve this, it’s necessary to evaluate the behavior of its formulas through: Accelerated Stability Tests, Thermal Cycling (Thermal Shock), or Storage Tests.
That’s why our client requested a special oven, a DYCOMETAL oven. With a volume of 2500 liters, specially adapted to accommodate large batches of samples in vertical trolleys, the oven has a vertical volume with a usable interior height of 2 meters. Furthermore, the floor features a flush-mounted rail system to allow trolleys to be inserted without the need for a ramp. The control system allows for the implementation of cooling programs using the air renewal system and an alarm system to notify when the test has finished. The control and recording software allows for the storage of tests for each batch via Ethernet communication.
