At DYCOMETAL, we develop advanced solutions for carrying out environmental tests in accordance with the most demanding standards in the defence sector.
Method 306 of the AECTP 300 standard (Climatic Environmental Tests) is designed to evaluate the behaviour of materials, equipment and systems subjected to combined cycles of temperature and humidity. These tests are essential for:
– Detecting latent failures due to thermal and hygrometric stress.
– Evaluating the integrity of coatings, seals and joints
– Ensure operational performance in severe climatic scenarios
The climatic chamber of DYCOMETAL CCK-70/648T has been designed to comply with the climatic test allowing a precise programming of thermal/humidity cycles, controlling the variation gradients according to the profiles defined by the NATO STANAG 4370 standard. The equipment has a useful volume of 648 litres with a working space of 900 x 900 x 800 mm (Height x Width x Depth) and is supplied with two reinforced trays. All of this is controlled by a 7″ colour HMI and external control and recording software.
