Climatic chambers combined with vibration, automotive, vehicles

Throughout their lifetime, vehicle parts not only face adverse environmental conditions, but also undergo vibrations during use. This is why climatic chambers combined with vibration allow both tests to be combined in a single piece of equipment, so that the tests are as realistic as possible to guarantee the correct functioning of the samples during their use in vehicles. Environments from -40 ºC, with different types of vibrations (random, shock, …) will allow to detect if there is any damage during driving.

The CCK-50/1728Tv model has been developed with an interior volume of 1728 litres, dimensions 1200 x 1200 x 1200 mm, and has been prepared to combine the chamber with the vibration system both horizontally and vertically, in order to be able to carry out the most demanding tests. Its lifting system allows a fine adjustment with the vibrator and its wheels and rails favour the lateral movement of the chamber to be able to move the equipment laterally.
